High-tech and high value-added precision forging special-shaped products such as motorized spindle are developing towards deep processing, high-end and terminal products, marching into the field of military industry and heavy equipment manufacturing, and realizing industrial transformation to large equipment manufacturing industry.

In order to keep pace with the market demand and meet the technical requirements of customers, our company has introduced RF100 radial forging machine from GFM company in Austria. It is suitable for forging of military steel, die steel, carbon steel, tool steel, stainless steel, high alloy steel, refractory alloy steel, titanium alloy steel, non-magnetic drill collar etc. The main advantages of the equipment are high automation, fast forging speed, four hammers synchronous forging material, superior direction control performance, more accurate material diameter tolerance control, higher plasticity, smaller surface roughness, higher surface finish, and the longest single material length can be produced to about 21 meters. This project fills the international and domestic gaps in the special steel forging industry. A 20-meter forged pipe used to take an hour to produce, but now it can be forged in 8 minutes, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
